MEET THE CHEF
Chef Andrew is considered one of the country’s leading research and development chefs.
He is currently head of culinary R&D for Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, Executive Chef for Niman Ranch and is the Global Development Chef for Kikkoman.
Andrew’s culinary development agency focuses on restaurant and menu development, business development for agricultural products, and product commercialization for industrial clients. He maintains clients in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States.
He has appeared as the R&D expert on Lifetime’s series, Supermarket Superstar, was a season regular on CNBC’s Restaurant Startup, and is featured in the newly released Morgan Spurlock’s Super Size Me 2.
Andrew earned an AOS in culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America, a BA in culinary history from New College, and an MA in museum studies from San Francisco State University. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
